New home

November 24, 2003 - As you have been able to read elsewhere in our diary, the limited dog space outside our lovely home is a bit of a problem. We now own four Malamutes and will probably have more in the future. In the course of this summer we therefore formed the idea to calmly start looking for another house. NO RUSH, that is, as we only live here for three years and after moving many mountains the house finally is as good as ready.

Of course, you should never say such things out loud. Just one month later we came across a houde that is too good to be true out of dog perspective: a rather isolated 'Spanish farm' house, that used to be a dog hotel!... So (way too much) kennels and fully fenced grass-lands are already present.

The house itself is white and very charming, but requires a lot of work again, especially as it has been empty for the last two years. Anyway, we thought it over and over and finally made the decision to buy it. We expect to receive the key in February. We will then upload more pictures of our (dog-) paradise in Poederlee.... LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!!
