Sjakk

New acquisition

We purchased Sjakk (to be pronounced as 'Chuck') at the end of May 2006 from Roger Dahl, a well-known musher/breeder from Norway (Alta). Our goal is to develop a distance team consisting only of Alaskan Huskies, with which we aim to take part in multiple day stage races in Europe (Scandinavia). We mainly chose Sjakk for his strength and because he was the most outgoing fellow of the young males that were available.
